Valberedningen inför Hexatronics årsstämma 2027 har utsetts i enlighet med de principer för utseende av valberedningen som beslutades av årsstämman 2025. Enligt dessa principer ska bolaget ha en valberedning bestående av ledamöter utsedda av envar av de fyra till röstetalet största aktieägarna per den sista augusti. Styrelsens ordförande ska vara adjungerad till valberedningen.
