In accordance with the principles for appointing the Nomination Committee adopted by the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee for the Hexatronic Group's 2027 Annual General Meeting has been appointed. According to these principles, the company shall have a nomination committee consisting of members appointed by each of the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights as of the last day of August. The Chairman of the Board shall be co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
