Styrelsen för 4C Group AB (publ) (”4C Strategies” eller ”Bolaget”) offentliggör härmed utfallet i Bolagets nyemission av aktier med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare som beslutades av styrelsen den 8 juni 2026, och godkändes av den extra bolagsstämman den 26 juni 2026 ("Företrädesemissionen"). Utfallet visar att 6 254 906 aktier, motsvarande cirka 82 procent av Företrädesemissionen, har tecknats med stöd av teckningsrätter. Därtill har anmälningar mottagits om att teckna 12 127 499 aktier utan stöd av teckningsrätter, motsvarande cirka 158 procent av Företrädesemissionen. Teckning med stöd av teckningsrätter och teckningsanmälningar utan stöd av teckningsrätter motsvarar sammanlagt cirka 240 procent av de erbjudna aktierna i Företrädesemissionen. Företrädesemissionen är således övertecknad. Mot bakgrund av att Företrädesemissionen övertecknats har Bolagets styrelse beslutat att utöka emissionsbeloppet genom att utnyttja den övertilldelningsoption som tidigare kommunicerats ("Övertilldelningsoptionen") till ett belopp motsvarande ca 20 MSEK. 4C Strategies kommer genom Företrädesemissionen och Övertilldelningsoptionen att tillföras en emissionslikvid om totalt cirka 73,6 MSEK före avdrag för kostnader hänförliga till Företrädesemissionen, varav cirka 13,7 MSEK tillförs genom kvittning av befintliga aktieägarlån.

The Board of Directors of 4C Group AB (publ) (”4C Strategies” or the “Company”) hereby announces the outcome of the Company’s new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders, resolved by the Board of Directors on 8 June 2026 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 June 2026 (the “Rights Issue”). The outcome shows that 6,254,906 shares, corresponding to approximately 82 percent of the Rights Issue, were subscribed for with the support of subscription rights. Additionally, applications for subscription of 12,127,499 shares without the support of subscription rights have been submitted, corresponding to approximately 158 percent of the Rights Issue. Together, subscription with the support of subscription rights and applications for subscription without the support of subscription rights correspond to approximately 240 percent of the shares offered in the Rights Issue. The Rights Issue is thus oversubscribed. Given that the Rights Issue has been oversubscribed, the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to increase the issue amount by exercising the previously announced over‐allotment option (the “Over-Allotment Option”) by an amount corresponding to SEK 20 million. 4C Strategies will through the Rights Issue and the Over‐Allotment Option receive proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 73.6 million before deduction of costs attributable to the Rights Issue, of which approximately SEK 13.7 million is contributed through set-off of existing shareholder loans.

Mycronic AB (publ) has received an order for an SLX mask writer from an existing customer in Asia. The order value is in the range of USD 5-7 million. Delivery of the system is planned for the second quarter of 2027.
