The expanded framework agreement, originally signed in 2019, allows the U.S. Armed Forces to place orders valued at an additional 422 million USD. The order includes the AT4CS RS anti-tank weapon and the new programmable high-explosive round for the Carl-Gustaf, HE 448, the company states.
- We are proud that our support weapons make a difference for our customers. The expanded framework agreement strengthens our good relationship with the U.S. Armed Forces and means they can continue to use AT4 and Carl-Gustaf for many years to come, says Görgen Johansson, head of Saab's business area Dynamics, in the press release.
