Oscar Stenström

Oscar Stenström was state secretary responsible for security policy to Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson (S) when Sweden applied for NATO membership. He was appointed as Sweden's NATO negotiator in discussions with Turkey and was then entrusted by Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) to bring the negotiations to a conclusion. Listen here

After fleeing Iran and growing up in a marginalised area, he chose to train as a police officer and was an early warner of gang developments.
