A declaration of intent for increased defence cooperation between Sweden and Moldova was signed on 20 August 2024 by Minister of Defence Pål Jonson and Minister for Civil Defence Carl-Oskar Bohlin. The agreement marks a deepened cooperation between the countries with a focus on security and stability in the region, writes the Ministry of Defence in a press release.
