Göranson has held several leading roles within the Swedish Armed Forces and assumed the position of Supreme Commander in 2009 after a long career in both national and international positions. His experience includes operational leadership at all unit levels and in the war in Bosnia as well as Sweden's first battalion in NATO, along with strategic defense work, including roles as Army Inspector, Brigade Commander, and Chief of Headquarters.

SAFE4U develops and manufactures body armor and ballistic helmets for military and police units. The company has recently delivered Body Armor 24 to the Armed Forces, including Plate Carrier 24: a modular protection system with a special fit for women and adaptable protection level depending on mission requirements.
– Having control over the entire production chain, from design and testing to manufacturing within Europe, makes us both fast and reliable. As the need increases, it is crucial to be able to scale up without compromising on quality, says Daniel Denvell.
In addition to the Armed Forces, SAFE4U also supplies several of the Western countries' special forces, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and EU security organizations. With his entry into the board, Göranson aims to contribute to strengthening the company's long-term strategic development.
– Sweden needs independent actors with technical expertise, delivery capability, and the ability to quickly scale up production. I look forward to contributing to SAFE4U continuing to be such an actor, says Göranson.
