SME-D is an association that brings together small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the defense and civil security sector in Sweden. The association represents the interests of its members towards authorities, organizations, and media and also serves as a referral body in government investigations. On May 10, SME-D held its annual meeting where a new board was elected according to a press release on May 12.

The new board consists, in addition to the chairman, of six members, of which two new members were appointed. SME-D's new board is:

Anette Östelius (Vice Chairman) – NESP AB
Andreas Nilsson - KnowIT Defence Technology AB (newly elected)
Lars Petterson – W5 Solutions AB
Marie Louise Rösiö – CAG Consoden AB (newly elected)
Magnus Söderström – CAG Novus Consulting AB
Mathias Eriksson – RödSvart AB
