SKYLOTEC announces that the company has reached an agreement to integrate the French company LIBERVIT SAS into its operations. The planned integration is a strategic step that adds advanced hydraulic breaching and rescue technology and broadens SKYLOTEC's offering within Tactical Access for military, police, rescue services, and industry.

LIBERVIT, headquartered in Perpignan, has since 1993 developed both mechanical and hydraulic tools for breaching, rescue, and special operations. The company is particularly known for solutions that enable quick and efficient access in complex urban environments as well as in maritime and underwater-based operations. Customers are located in over 65 countries.

Clear capability enhancement: complete intrusion and access technology

With the integration, SKYLOTEC gains the long-missing piece in its product range of heavy and precision-controlled hydraulics that complement the company's mechanical tools and battery-powered winches. The result is a complete and cohesive portfolio where users can, for the first time, obtain the entire spectrum of intrusion and access technologies from a single supplier. The combined expertise makes SKYLOTEC a comprehensive player that can support customers in all types of operations from planning to execution.

SKYLOTEC's owner and CEO, Dr. Kai Rinklake, emphasizes that the integration is an important step to complement the company's product range and expertise in tactical access and breaching technology. He highlights that after the acquisition of SET Breaching, SKYLOTEC has actively sought a partner that can cover the hydraulic segment. Rinklake believes that LIBERVIT significantly strengthens the company's breaching portfolio and makes it possible to offer the entire spectrum of technologies at the highest level.

New unit: SKYLOTEC – Special Operations Equipment (SOE)

The new operations will be consolidated under the name SKYLOTEC – Special Operations Equipment (SOE).

World-leading portfolio for military and emergency services

With LIBERVIT integrated, SKYLOTEC SOE gains a product breadth that stands out in the industry. The portfolio combines hydraulic and mechanical breaching technology, battery-powered winches, and advanced climbing and boarding equipment for maritime, urban, and alpine environments. The capability is complemented by specialized training programs and aftermarket services.

“Over the past decade, we have gathered some of the best products and brands in our industry, including ActSafe, SET Breaching, and soon also LIBERVIT – under one roof. This gives us a unique global portfolio of products, training, and aftermarket services. With SKYLOTEC SOE, we can further strengthen our offering to units in NATO countries and partner nations and continue our mission to be world-leading in Tactical Access.”— Jörgen Hellman, Managing Director SKYLOTEC SOE
