Defence and security company Saab will participate as an exhibitor at the National Defence Expo (Totalförsvarsmässan) 2026. During the exhibition, Saab will present parts of its offering within defence and total defence, with a particular focus on CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) protection solutions for managing chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
"The National Defence Expo is an important meeting place for the entire total defence sector and a natural forum for us to showcase Saab's capabilities and how we can contribute to a stronger and more resilient society. At the exhibition, we will present our CBRN protection solutions, which strengthen the ability to manage chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, a central component of a modern and robust total defence. Here we meet stakeholders from across society and have the opportunity to demonstrate how our solutions contribute to increased preparedness and protection in both crisis and conflict," says Nils-Erik Lindblom, Head of Marketing and Sales PU Infrastructure and Land Systems at Saab.
"Having Saab join as an exhibitor is a very important signal for us and demonstrates the strong interest in bringing the entire total defence sector together on a shared platform. We are seeing strong engagement from both civilian and military stakeholders, and our ambition is to create the Nordic region's most important meeting place for total defence," says Monika Johannesen Widholm, Head of Event Unit Resilience & Mobility at Stockholmsmässan (Stockholm, Sweden).
The National Defence Expo is organised in parallel with SKYDD 2026 and is aimed at government agencies, decision-makers, companies and organisations within security and total defence.
