Patria has completed the acquisition of the Belgian provider of digital defense platforms, ILIAS Solutions. The necessary approval process is finalized, and the purchase price is not disclosed, the company states in a press release.

According to Patria, the software suite from ILIAS will enhance the Patria OPTIME service concept with support for lifecycle management and advanced analytics.

ILIAS will continue as its own brand within the group, and the operations will be transferred to Patria on September 1, 2025.
