The Ukrainian-American investment group MITS Capital has launched a new defense company in Copenhagen. The new company, MITS Industries, brings together several leading Ukrainian producers of drones, C-UAS, and electronic warfare into a common platform.

The company will operate from both Denmark and Ukraine and is expected to employ over 1,000 people from the merged operations. Among the included companies are the UGV company Tencore (pictured), the signals intelligence company Infozahyst, and the EW producer Unwave. A larger Ukrainian UAV company is also included, but it has not yet been named.

– Denmark and Ukraine share both challenges and values, making this collaboration natural. With Danish technology and capital combined with Ukraine's extensive defense industry, we can strengthen Europe's security, says Perry Boyle, CEO of MITS Capital and chairman of MITS Industries, in a press release.

MITS Industries will work with scalable production of unmanned systems in air, land, and sea, as well as offer “drone-as-a-service” solutions. The goal is to eventually develop into a larger European defense industrial player.

According to MITS Capital, the forecast for MITS Industries' revenue in 2026 is just over 200 million dollars. The Danish establishment is also intended to facilitate international export and capital acquisition.
