– The members of the boards of educational institutions have an important role. They should be experienced and responsible individuals who have good judgement and can contribute to the universities' activities. I wish them good luck with their assignments, says Minister of Education Mats Persson in a press release from the government office.
The board of the Swedish Defence University consists of 15 members, of which seven are external, but also includes the rector, three teacher representatives, and three student representatives.
– It is overall a very competent and well-composed board to lead the development of the Swedish Defence University towards a world-leading institution in defence, crisis management, and security, says Robert Egnell, rector at the Swedish Defence University, in a press release from FHS.
Graf has, among other things, been the chairperson of the municipal executive board in Halmstad and also a member of parliament. He has held various positions of trust in politics and participated in government investigations. Carl Fredrik Graf holds a Master of Social Science and also a regimental officer's degree.
