MW Group has acquired a majority stake in the Nordic cybersecurity company eCiceron, the company announced in a press release. eCiceron specializes in secure and robust communication solutions for both military and civilian applications. The acquisition aims to enhance eCiceron's ability to expand and meet increased market demand.

– eCiceron's impressive technological advancements and competent staff have created a solid foundation to further scale up the offering, both in military and civilian areas. Together, we are now taking eCiceron into the next phase of expansion, says Mikael Karlsson, CEO and founder of MW Group, in the press release.

The acquisition is part of MW Group's long-term strategy to build an industrial group with independent companies that contribute to the development of total defense capabilities both nationally and internationally. eCiceron offers, among other things, the product family eC-Guard, which includes VPN and Mesh solutions designed to meet high security requirements.
