MilDef's British subsidiary Westek Technology has signed a contract worth 45 million SEK with a global defense group. The agreement concerns the delivery of rugged IT equipment for a mission-critical defense platform with planned delivery in 2026.

The contract includes durable servers, workstations, and peripherals developed to operate in demanding environments. Westek has been part of the MilDef Group since March 2025, following MilDef's acquisition of the German company roda Computers GmbH. According to MilDef, more contracts within the program are expected to follow during the year.

– We are proud to expand and deepen our MilDef/Westek collaboration with this Tier 1 player. This is a very encouraging start to our joint journey, says Daniel Ljunggren, CEO and Group President of MilDef Group, in a press release from the company.
