MilDef has entered into an agreement worth 200 million SEK with BAE Systems Hägglunds to deliver rugged IT equipment for the CV90, which will be delivered to armed forces in Central Europe. Deliveries will take place from 2025 to 2029, MilDef states in a press release.

MilDef describes the collaboration as an important contribution to European defense capability and supply security, and with options, the agreement could amount to 280 million SEK.

– We are proud to deliver capabilities to what is considered the world's best combat vehicle. This trust is based on a combination of long-standing relationships, proven technology, and joint development of cutting-edge technology. Together with BAE Systems Hägglunds, we demonstrate the technological prowess of the Nordic defense industrial system and the responsibility companies take to strengthen European supply security and defense capability, says Daniel Ljunggren, MilDef's CEO and Group President in the press release.

In August, MilDef was commissioned to deliver 900 rugged computers to the Norwegian defense as part of the country's modernization of Norway's CV90.
