KAMIC Group has acquired all shares in CLP System AB. The seller is the company's founder and chairman of the board, Tomas Jagerman. KAMIC is a Swedish corporate group consisting of about 40 companies active in technology trade and manufacturing. Tomas Jagerman will continue to work as a consultant within the KAMIC sphere, KAMIC states in a press release.

– I have lived with CLP System for many years, and now it feels good and right to hand over ownership responsibility to KAMIC Group with its strong focus on entrepreneurship, decision-making close to the customer, and long-term perspective. At the same time, I look forward to continuing to contribute to the company's development in a consulting role, says CLP's founder and seller Tomas Jagerman in the press release.

CLP System is a technology-focused trading company that provides services and products to the defense industry and in forensic technology (criminalistics). The company also offers high-quality batteries and puncture protection for vehicle tires used in demanding environments. Through the acquisition, CLP System becomes part of KAMIC Group's Electronics business area, according to the corporate group.

– CLP System is a truly niche company with specialist expertise, high-quality products, and strong customer and supplier relationships. CLP System will be an interesting and valuable addition to our existing operations within the business area, says Stefan Bengtsson, Electronics business area manager.
