The Finnish satellite company ICEYE has signed a three-year revolving credit facility (RCF) of 300 million euros with a consortium of seven banks.
According to the company, the credit facility will be used for guarantees linked to customer contracts, continued business growth, and as a liquidity buffer.
John Lauria, Global Head of Treasury at ICEYE, said in a press release: "2025 was a pivotal year for ICEYE as we simultaneously increased revenue, profitability, and cash flow."
ICEYE states that it doubled its operations during 2025 and expects continued growth in 2026.
The banking syndicate consists, according to the company, of Nordic, regional, and global banks. Citi and Danske Bank acted as joint global coordinators and lead arrangers for the financing.
"The credit facility reflects continued confidence in ICEYE's operations and strengthens our financial flexibility as demand for space-based intelligence capabilities increases," said John Lauria.
