FMV Makes First Call-Off for Giraffe 1X Radar

The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) has signed a framework agreement with Saab for the Giraffe 1X radar system, with an initial call-off worth 650 million kronor to strengthen the army's brigade air defence. The agreement also allows for use within the navy and air force, as well as export through joint procurements with other countries.
