BAE Systems Bofors has completed the delivery of upgraded Archer systems to the Swedish Armed Forces. The final system was recently handed over to FMV and the Swedish Armed Forces at a ceremony attended by, among others, Lena Gillström, CEO of BAE Systems Bofors, and Jonas Lotsne, Head of the Army Materiel Division at FMV.
According to a post from the company on LinkedIn, the upgrade included, among other things, a new command system. The work has been carried out on already delivered systems as part of the ongoing management of the artillery system.
