The government proposes defense agreements with Peru and Denmark The government proposes that the parliament authorize the state to enter defense agreements with Peru and Denmark for the sale of advanced Swedish defense systems. The proposal includes up to 12 JAS 39 E/F fighter aircraft to Peru and up to 4 airborne radar surveillance systems S 106 Global Eye to Denmark.

Continued support to Ukraine The allocation 1:2 Armed Forces' international operations is proposed to increase by 19 million kronor to cover costs related to the procurement and delivery of materials donated to Ukraine. The increase is financed by a corresponding reduction in allocation 1:14 Support to Ukraine. This allocation has previously been increased by over 8 billion kronor through two additional amending budgets (prop. 2024/25:94 and 2024/25:146) to enable continued military support to Ukraine.
Authorizations for future material purchases To enable so-called opportunity purchases, the financial authorization within 1:3 Procurement of materials and facilities is proposed to increase by 25 billion kronor. This means that future needs for allocations may amount to a total of 272 billion kronor for the period 2026–2036.
Training initiatives for Ukraine Additional funds are proposed to be allocated to 1:7 Officer training, etc., with 4.2 million kronor to enable training initiatives aimed at Ukraine in strategic leadership.
Investments in crisis preparedness and civil defense The allocation 2:4 Crisis preparedness is proposed to increase by 34.5 million kronor, among other things, to strengthen signal protection within civil defense, develop new technology through pilot projects, and assist other countries in handling hybrid threats within the EU and NATO.
Additional funds for MSB and the Psychological Defense Agency For 2:6 The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, an addition of 40.5 million kronor is proposed to strengthen work on cybersecurity, space security, and the introduction of Galileo PRS in Sweden. 2:8 The Psychological Defense Agency is proposed to receive an addition of 3 million kronor to increase the capacity to handle hybrid threats.
Defense agreements with Denmark and Peru The government proposes that the state enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Denmark for the sale of up to four units of the airborne radar surveillance system S 106 Global Eye, including support equipment. According to the proposal, the Swedish state will undertake to order and deliver the system and cover the costs through the revenue from the deal. Furthermore, it is proposed that the government be authorized to enter into a similar agreement with Peru for the sale of up to twelve JAS 39 E/F and associated air defense systems. The deal requires an intergovernmental setup and means that Sweden is responsible for the delivery of aircraft and equipment. The revenue is to cover the state's expenses.
Previous sale to France The government also proposes to be allowed to use the revenue from a previously decided sale of anti-tank weapons to France. As this item was omitted in the original proposal, it is now proposed that the revenue be used for the procurement of equivalent materials.
Property acquisition at Gothenburg garrison The government proposes that the state acquire the property Gothenburg Älvsborg 855:597 at a cost of up to 81 million kronor. The property is directly adjacent to the Gothenburg garrison and is considered strategically important for the continued operations of the Armed Forces in the area.
Sale of training fields The government proposes that six properties in Säffle, Gävle, Söderhamn, Ragunda, Sundsvall, and Sollefteå be sold. The properties, previously used as training fields, were acquired by the Fortifications Agency as exchange objects to enable the state's acquisition of land in Kristinehamn and Sollefteå for the re-establishment of A 9 and I 21.
