Exensor receives large order from the German defence
Exensor has secured a significant contract with the German Armed Forces for its Flexnet system. The agreement is a strategic success and part of the company's growth journey.
Exensor is a Swedish defence company that was acquired in 2017 by the French conglomerate Bertin. They manufacture and sell ground sensors used in both civilian and military applications and have, among other things, delivered various products from their Flexnet system to the Swedish Home Guard.
- Bertin Exensor is proud that the German armed forces have chosen to continue using the Flexnet system and maintain their trust in us. This contract highlights the obvious advantages and strengths of Flexnet for armed forces worldwide, comments Marcus Rosenqvist, VP Sales & Marketing at Bertin Exensor, in the company's press release.
The company states that they have been collaborating with Germany since 2004, and the new agreement constitutes an extension of previous contracts and involves more deliveries of systems to the growing German armed forces. In a comment to Defence Sector News, Marcus Rosenqvist expresses that:
- The contract represents a significant strategic success for Exensor and forms a central part of our continued growth journey. It clearly demonstrates Exensor's capacity to deliver the capabilities that will meet the future needs of Europe's armed forces.
