Combitech expands in Trollhättan and strengthens its collaboration with BAE Hägglunds. Earlier this week, a new office was inaugurated in the Innovatum area to facilitate local growth. Currently, 160 people work at Combitech in Trollhättan, and more will be added before the end of the year, according to a press release from Combitech.

- We are growing because our customers have an increased need for what we specialize in – namely the entire product development cycle. About 20 employees here are currently working on Hägglunds projects, but that number is increasing, says business area and site manager Emma Wikström in the company's press release.

- Trollhättan has many years of experience in the automotive and defense industries, along with a legacy of development and manufacturing. This enables us, together with BAE Systems Hägglunds, to play an important role in strengthening resilience in the Nordic region and Europe, says Jessica Öberg, CEO of Combitech.

- We signed a partnership agreement a couple of years ago when we saw changes in the world. We need our strategic partners to fulfill the missions we have for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and other customers, says Lars Pettersson, Chief Technology Officer at BAE Hägglunds.
