BAE Systems Bofors has signed an agreement to acquire Aston Harald Mekaniska Verkstad AB. The deal has been announced through a joint press release with the aim of strengthening production capacity and delivery capability on the European market.
Aston Harald is headquartered in Kristinehamn (western Sweden) and employs approximately 100 staff. The company specialises in precision mechanics and advanced component machining for the defence and space sectors, as well as the commercial market.
