Astor Group has completed the acquisition of Mikroponent - an industrial company specializing in laser cutting and etching based in Värnamo. The initial purchase price amounts to 30 MSEK with a potential additional purchase price of up to 10 MSEK, the company stated in a press release on December 11.

Astor Group announced that they had entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Mikroponent on November 8.

– We are pleased that the acquisition of Mikroponent is now complete, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing growth journey. With Mikroponent in the Astor family, we are now expanding the sales of defense products, further strengthening our position in the defense sector, said Astor Group's CEO Odd Werin in the press release.
