ArmaTech in Distribution Agreement with Sky-Hero
ArmaTech has signed a distribution agreement with the Belgian drone manufacturer Sky-Hero for its customers in Sweden and Norway. Sky-Hero was acquired in July by Axon, a U.S. company that, among other things, sells stun guns to police authorities. This summer, ArmaTech and Axon entered into a distribution agreement in Finland.

Sky-Hero develops and manufactures unmanned vehicles, UAS systems, for indoor use in tactical contexts. Among them, they have developed the quadcopter Loki, which can also carry various payloads, and a ground vehicle called Sigyn.

Until recently, all manufacturing took place in Belgium. In August, the defense magazine Janes reported that Sky-Hero opened a facility in Mumbai to expand manufacturing through a local subsidiary.
