AFRY has entered into a framework agreement with the Swedish Armed Forces and FMV for the delivery of IT consultancy services. The agreement includes IT systems, testing of IT systems, and IT and information security, the company states in a press release.

The framework agreement will come into effect in the second quarter of 2025 and aims to support the entire lifecycle of various IT systems used by the authorities, from development to operation and support.

– We are extremely proud to once again gain the trust of both the Swedish Armed Forces and FMV to deliver defense-critical service deliveries for a resilient and secure society, thereby contributing to ensuring Sweden's security and defense capability through digitalization, says Martin Öman, Division Manager Industrial & Digital Solutions at AFRY.

AFRY is one of four suppliers within the framework agreement, which has a duration of three years with the possibility of extension for an additional four years. The total contract value for all suppliers amounts to approximately 1.5 billion SEK, but the order value for AFRY is not specified.
