As part of a new collaboration, the companies Afry and Expisoft will work together to deliver effective security solutions for customers with operations significant to Sweden's security. The collaboration aims to enhance the security level and protect security-critical and socially important functions and infrastructure, Afry writes in a press release on 18 December.

─ We are very pleased to deepen the collaboration with AFRY. Their expertise in security protection and accreditation, together with our products and technology, is a perfect match to meet the increasing demands for cybersecurity in Sweden, says Lasse Larsson, CEO of Expisoft in the press release.

Through the collaboration, AFRY will lead projects and project plan security solutions from Expisoft. AFRY's expertise in physical security, information security, IT security, and personnel security will ensure that the systems are not only technically secure but also comply with legal requirements and security standards.

Lasse Larsson, CEO of Expisoft, comments on the collaboration:

– We are very pleased to deepen the collaboration with AFRY. Their expertise in security protection and accreditation, together with our products and technology, is a perfect match to meet the increasing demands for cybersecurity in Sweden.

Afry writes that the collaboration is particularly important as both companies share a common customer base affected by security protection legislation and the NIS directive.

– Our combined experience creates a unique platform to effectively meet and manage the security challenges faced by Swedish organisations, John Daniels, Head of National Security at AFRY.
