SAFE4U is currently the only Swedish manufacturer of qualified body armour that meets the highest protection requirements. The company is also responsible for the design and development of the products. With redundant production and secure material supply within Europe, SAFE4U is a reliable supplier. In recent years, both production capacity and supply chains have been strengthened within Europe to ensure delivery security. The company has been manufacturing body armour for over 15 years for use in demanding environments, where the balance between protection and freedom of movement is crucial.

– We continuously work on developing our body armour in dialogue with the users and are receptive to the feedback we receive, says Daniel Denvell, CEO of SAFE4U.

Users have repeatedly highlighted comfort and functional design as strengths of the products. According to SAFE4U, this is a result of close collaboration with users in the development process.

– Our products have always received the highest ratings in field tests during procurements, and that is no coincidence. We have chosen to keep the entire chain with us: from development and design in Sweden to production and material supply within Europe. This is key to meeting both national and international requirements, says Daniel.

SAFE4U has recently delivered Body Armour 24 to the Armed Forces, with equipment intended for intervention and surveillance forces. The system consists of two parts: Vest 24 with soft ballistic protection against knives, stabs, awls, and handguns, and Plate Carrier 24 with additional plates that allow for a quick increase in protection level as needed. The vest is ergonomically designed to be worn for extended periods, even in vehicles and during physical activity. Models with a special fit for women are included in the system. The Modular Combat System concept allows for quick and easy adjustment of the protection level in the field and over time depending on the mission's requirements.

– In the current security situation, it is important to ensure the material supply to the Armed Forces during peace, crisis, and war. Control over the supply chain is becoming increasingly important, says Brigadier General Claes Isoz, the Armed Forces' logistics chief.

In parallel, the company is also working to provide other authorities and organisations with ballistic protection for personnel in dangerous situations.

– I am convinced that these products will make a difference on a broad front, says Denvell.
