MilDef has been commissioned to deliver 900 rugged computers to the Norwegian Defence as part of the modernisation of Norway's CV90. The order, valued at 72 million kronor, will be delivered in 2025, according to a press release from the company.

– This is our single largest order of computers for the Norwegian Defence and contributes to a significant modernisation of the existing fleet of CV90. An example of how the platforms are constantly evolving with more powerful IT infrastructure and digitalisation. We are proud to deliver the highest standards of quality and innovation to support the authority's important mission, says Daniel Ljunggren, CEO of MilDef Group, in the press release.

The order is part of the framework agreement that MilDef has had with the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) since 2020, which includes the delivery of military IT equipment. The new computers will replace older systems in the Norwegian CV90 combat vehicles, which are manufactured by BAE Systems Hägglunds.
