Flexotrap continues to strengthen its organisation and welcomes Rasmus Söderholm as Operations Manager. In his new role, he will have a coordinating responsibility for customer projects, demonstrations, deliveries, logistics and Flexotrap's Customer Success programme.
The appointment forms part of Flexotrap's continued development and will strengthen the company's capacity to manage a growing number of customers, projects and partnerships in Sweden and international markets.
Flexotrap is entering a clear phase of expansion, with ongoing deliveries to customers in several NATO nations and the completion of our supplier registration with NSPA. This increases the need for a strong operational structure across sales, production and delivery. Rasmus combines hands-on operational experience with structure and decisiveness, which is exactly what we need as the company grows,” says Elias Mibesjö, CEO of Flexotrap.
Rasmus Söderholm has a broad background that includes service with ranger and operational units in the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as extensive operational experience from the fire and rescue services. His experience includes risk assessment, building fire safety, incident and response analysis, and advising on safety-related matters.
