Kebni AB (“Kebni” or the “Company”) hereby announces its intention to carry out a directed issue of shares of series B corresponding to approximately SEK 55 million (the “Directed Share Issue”). The subscription price in the Directed Share Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure conducted by Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto Securities”).
