Mycronic AB (publ) has received a replacement order for a Prexision 80 Evo from an existing customer, for delivery to Asia. The order value is in the range of USD 21-24 million. Delivery of the system is planned for the second quarter of 2027.

The Board of Directors of Kebni AB (“Kebni” or the “Company”) has, in accordance with the Company’s press release earlier today, resolved on a directed share issue of a total of 68,750,000 shares of series B, corresponding to approximately SEK 55 million, of which 54,806,632 shares were resolved by the Board of Directors within the authorization granted by the annual general meeting on 6 May 2026 ("Tranche 1"), while 13,943,368 shares were resolved by the Board of Directors subject to approval from a subsequent extraordinary general meeting ("Tranche 2") (the "Directed Share Issue"). The subscription price in the Directed Share Issue has been set at SEK 0.80 per share through an accelerated bookbuilding process conducted by Pareto Securities AB. The Directed Share Issue was oversubscribed and a number of Swedish and international institutional and qualified investors participated, including both new and existing shareholders.

Kebni AB (“Kebni” or the “Company”) hereby announces its intention to carry out a directed issue of shares of series B corresponding to approximately SEK 55 million (the “Directed Share Issue”). The subscription price in the Directed Share Issue will be determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure conducted by Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto Securities”). The investors in the Directed Share Issue are expected to comprise a number of Swedish and international institutional investors, including both new and existing shareholders.
