In-Space Operations and Services pilot programme establishing European capability for orbital servicing missions including satellite capture, repositioning, inspection, repair, refuelling, manufacturing and debris removal. Coordinated by European Commission to reduce satellite replacement costs and ensure long-term sustainability of European space assets.
