NCAB har idag tecknat avtal om att förvärva verksamheten i IMP Electronics Solutions Pty Ltd, med säte i Adelaide, Australien. Under räkenskapsåret som avslutas den 30 juni 2026 hade bolaget en nettoomsättning om cirka 9 MAUD med en lönsamhet i nivå med NCAB:s.
