The Swedish Government Proceeds with Bildt's Intelligence Proposal

Sweden plans to establish a new civil foreign intelligence service by 2027, based on Carl Bildt's proposal, to enhance the analysis of foreign affairs and cooperate with total defence authorities. Annika Brändström has been appointed as the special investigator to lead the formation of the new agency.
