Elbit Systems Sweden has signed a new ten-year framework agreement as an integration partner for the Swedish Armed Forces' tactical command support system LSS Mark. The contract, valued at approximately 1.7 billion SEK over the specified period, is divided into different phases, the company stated in a press release on October 25.

In its role as an integration partner and unit integrator, Elbit will oversee the rollout of the army's digitalization program LSS Mark. This involves integrating, installing, and upgrading various platforms and systems to ensure the Swedish army's digitalization and transformation journey.

The work will be carried out at several locations in Sweden and, according to the company, will involve significant expansion:

The agreement requires the hiring of several new employees, including system engineers and technicians, over the coming years. This agreement serves as a significant platform for Elbit's continued expansion and capability development in Sweden and strengthens its position as a key player in the Swedish military digitalization efforts, the company stated.
